DYPA ANNOUNCEMENT — HELPDESK

The Public Employment Service announces the launch of a Helpdesk offering telephone support and online submission of questions and requests through a ticketing system.

The new Helpdesk acts as a single point of contact for communicating, submitting, managing and resolving requests from beneficiaries and from the training and certification providers taking part in the Continuing Vocational Training programmes delivered under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan "Greece 2.0", funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU.

Every request or question is logged with a unique reference number (ticket), categorised and tracked through every stage until it is resolved, with users kept informed of progress.

From today, Friday 27 March, questions and requests should be submitted at: support.dypa.gov.gr

A call centre also operates for immediate support to beneficiaries and training providers: 212 000 30 30 (freephone)

Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00

Exceptional opening:

Saturday 28 March 2026 and Sunday 29 March 2026, 09:00–13:00

The Helpdesk follows information security best practice and applies all the technical and organisational measures needed to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection legislation.

The aim is prompt, effective support for beneficiaries and for the bodies delivering the training programmes, contributing to the smooth running of the actions and to accurate, timely information for users.

The project is delivered under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan "Greece 2.0", funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU.
