ANNOUNCEMENT — DYPA: Programme selection opens for the integrated training and employment action for unemployed people aged 25–45

From today, Thursday 29 February 2024, beneficiaries who have been pre-selected by businesses taking part in the "Integrated training and employment action for unemployed people aged 25 to 45" can choose the training programme they wish to attend at voucher.gov.gr, in the section "DYPA – Training programmes for the Recovery Fund".

The approved digital or green skills programmes available to unemployed beneficiaries are shown according to educational level (compulsory, secondary or tertiary education, and so on) and the other academic qualifications declared.
The project aims to train 10,000 unemployed people and create 7,500 new full-time jobs. It is delivered under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan "Greece 2.0", funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU.

It is an integrated intervention covering the upgrading and certification of skills, together with employment for at least 6 months.
Training is delivered by distance learning and lasts 80 hours (at least 60 hours live and up to 20 hours self-paced), followed by certification of the knowledge and skills acquired by independent certification bodies.
Businesses that employ an unemployed person for 6 months in a newly created post receive a subsidy of up to 100% of the total cost (salary and contributions), up to EUR 6,132.
