The deadline for unemployed people to apply to DYPA's new Continuing Vocational Training programme in digital, green and financial skills closed today, Wednesday 5 February at 15:00. The programme forms part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan "Greece 2.0", funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU.
With a total budget of EUR 100 million, it aims to connect training with the needs of the labour market and to strengthen the employability of unemployed people so that they return to work sooner.
Each trainee attends a theoretical training programme of 200 hours in total. On completing the training, beneficiaries sit knowledge and skills certification examinations run by independent bodies, and those who pass receive the full training allowance of up to EUR 1,000 (EUR 5 per hour of training).
Those who meet the conditions for participation will be entered in the Register of Beneficiaries and will be able to choose the training programme they want from the list on offer.
