Today, Monday 16 September, applications open for employees who wish to join DYPA's new programme for acquiring and upgrading green skills.
The new Continuing Vocational Training programme is delivered under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan "Greece 2.0", funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU. It aims to upgrade the knowledge, abilities and skills of salaried private-sector employees in line with the needs of the labour market and the green transition of the economy.
The programmes are delivered through the training voucher system. Each trainee attends a theoretical training programme of 80 hours in total: 12 hours in person, at least 48 hours by live distance learning and up to 20 hours by self-paced distance learning.
Training is followed by certification of knowledge and skills through certification vouchers, and those who pass receive the full training allowance of EUR 400 (gross).

Those who meet the conditions for participation will be entered in the Register of Beneficiaries and, once the register is announced, will be able to choose their training programme from a list of more than 600 programmes offered by more than 200 providers.
