Ministry of Tourism — Register of 20,000 beneficiaries published and provider selection opens

The Ministry of Tourism decides:

1. To establish the Register of Beneficiaries, in accordance with articles 11 and 14 of Joint Ministerial Decision no. 10019/17.05.2023 of the Ministers of Finance, Development and Investment, Education and Religious Affairs, Tourism, and State, "Subsidised continuing vocational training programmes in the tourism sector, funded from the resources of the Recovery and Resilience Facility under Action 16921" (Government Gazette B' 3428). The register is set out in Annexes I and II, which form an integral part of this decision.

2. Beneficiaries (holders of training vouchers) are invited to select a training provider from the registers established by Ministry of Tourism Decisions 18878/25.10.2024 (ADA: 9G1L465CHTHO-LNF) and 20550/25.11.2024 (ADA: PSYCHTH465CHTHO-I0F) for Action 16921.
Provider selection takes place within one month from 04.12.2024.
Beneficiaries then agree with their provider which training specialisation they wish to follow.

3. Beneficiaries submit to their chosen provider only the documents they uploaded to the VOUCHER information system when applying, and no additional documents. Beneficiaries who did not upload all the documents required by Call no. 18872/25.10.2024 (ADA: 66II465CHTHO-AIPS) are excluded from the selection process.

4. Under article 15(6) of Joint Ministerial Decision no. 10019/17.05.2023 (Government Gazette B' 3428), training providers are responsible for beneficiaries' eligibility against the conditions of participation.

5. Annex III, which forms an integral part of this decision, contains the register of reserve beneficiaries for Action 16921 — candidates who applied and uploaded all the documents required by the call after the maximum number of beneficiaries had already been reached.

6. If a required document is found to be missing, or those already submitted are incomplete such that eligibility cannot be established, and the provider has nonetheless activated the training voucher, the beneficiary's participation is void: they are removed from the Register of Beneficiaries and do not receive the training allowance, even if training has already begun.

This decision is published on the Ministry of Tourism websites (http://www.mintour.edu.gr and http://www.mintour.gov.gr) and on the dedicated site http://www.voucher.gov.gr.
