The action includes:

1. Placement in a specific employment position for 8 months in Municipalities, Regions, Regional Social Welfare Centers/related bodies, Ministry services, and other bodies.

2. A theoretical training programme of up to 150 hours, depending on the thematic subject chosen by the beneficiary, that will result in certification of knowledge and skills acquired through the program.

In particular, the programs are included in the following priority areas:

1. Improving the services provided by local government bodies to citizens, such as the upgrading and maintenance of municipal infrastructures, the improvement of municipal services with a focus on the promotion of the use of information and communication technologies (ICT), the cleanliness,

2. Support for and enhancement of educational services,

3. Enhancement of the public administration's provision of social services and public benefit services to citizens in need as a result of the financial crisis's consequences,

4. Ecological actions for the protection of the biodiversity of protected areas with the aim of developing and preserving sustainable populations and ecosystems,

5. Landscaping and maintenance,

6. Transition to the circular economy,

7. Prevention of natural disasters,

8. First aid,

9. Elderly care skills,

10. Construction works.
