The Ministry of Labor has announced a new programme that involves 100% Subsidised Employment of the unemployed in Enterprises, with the goal of increasing young people's employment in companies through internships. The New Action aims to support young people and businesses in adapting to the new conditions created by the economic crisis.

The programme ensures that young people have the required conditions to enter the labour market through theoretical training and internships.

The Training Voucher includes the following actions:

• 80 hours of training of beneficiaries for horizontal and specialized skills in combination with counselling and educational mentoring.

• 5-month paid internship for the recipients with a company in the area of programme implementation.

Eligible to participate are all unemployed graduates of AEI/TEI up to 29 years old and unemployed graduates of compulsory, post-secondary or secondary education up to 29 years old who are registered with OAED or in professional associations and chambers.
